The Kilbourne Company was established in 1990 by Frederick Kilbourne and Kathleen Blum with the goal of providing objective analysis of future costs for its clients by analyzing future contingent events and the financial implications of those events.
TKC specializes in expert witness and other projects involving actuarial matters. Work has included expert testimony in large insurance cases, annual reviews of casualty insurance and employee benefit programs, and special actuarial projects.
