THE KILBOURNE COMPANY
The Kilbourne Company was established in 1990 by Frederick Kilbourne, a past president of Casulty Actuarial Society, with the goal of providing objective analysis of future costs for its clients by analyzing future contingent events and the financial implications of those events.
TKC specializes in expert testimony involving actuarial matters. Work has included expert testimony in large insurance cases, annual reviews of casualty insurance and employee benefit programs, and special actuarial projects.
The Kilbourne Company serves clients throughout the United States and Canada. Typical clients include the Internal Revenue Service, California Hospital Insurance, Texas Employers Association, Rhode Island Deposit Insurance, California State Employees Association and the Vision Service Plan.
